Does anyone have the guitar and banjo chords for this song. I have search everywhere for this. Hope someone can help me.

Here is my favorite version - by the Peasall Sisters:

The chords are basically the same in each version. Johnny's has him doing some additional talking. The banjo parts are a tune called 'Cripple Creek'.
If you are playing along with Johnny you will hear Cripple Creek playing in the background. Just strum the chords I show for the banjo part.
