Phil, thanks for responding. yes the writer was Kent Goodson, and the artist is Ron Gaddis.
Ron had this on an album in 1999 and its also on his new album, "Country Music Says Goodbye to a King"
I am friends with both on Facebook, so at last resort I may text Kent to see if I could get a copy. I would like a copy for personal use , to play on guitar and piano.
