Who is the singer?

This song has been done by dozens of singers, most recently by Bill Stains. It was written by Harvery Reid and originally published by Quahog Records of Maine. I have written to them to ask for the tab and have gotten no response.

I found a the lyrics and a short clip of Bill Staines singing it and put in the chords I heard from the clip. If you can get the whole song and send it to me I'll do the rest. At least it's a start, lol.
